The five-star hotel had 176 rooms at the time of the works and consisted of a main building and ancillary buildings. The scope included guest rooms, communal areas and service areas. Works in the restaurant, bar, pool, wellness centre, beach and pier areas were also coordinated.
The slope of the site, seafront working conditions and winter weather presented challenges. At peak activity, 30–100 people worked on site. At the handover stage, guest rooms, communal areas, outdoor areas and technical infrastructure were checked to prepare the hotel for operation.

Working by the sea
Seafront working conditions presented difficulties during construction.
Winter conditions
The part of the work carried out during winter made site operations more difficult.
Working in tiers
Work areas on the sloping terrain were divided into tiers.
Waterproofing and damp-proofing
Waterproofing and damp-proofing were applied to the seafront building.
