When we quote
We give a realistic price and a realistic schedule. We hide no item in the quote that would turn into a surprise later.
- Making no false statements
- Avoiding conflicts of interest
- Accurate and timely information
At shareholder and management level, with suppliers and clients, with our people and with civil society, we are extremely careful to apply the code of ethics and to see it applied.
Truth and honesty
Our rules bind everyone who works on behalf of Koli İnşaat, from management to our crews on site. We use the same measure when preparing a quote, choosing a material, or explaining a problem to the client.
Never departing from truth and honesty has been first among our principles since the day we were founded. We do not settle for applying the code of ethics ourselves; we expect everyone we work with to apply it too.
We take our decisions transparently and treat the accountability of our managers as fundamental.
We give accurate and timely information, avoid conflicts of interest, and make no false statements.
We take courtesy and respect as our basis and do not allow duties and powers to be used for personal gain.
We use resources without waste and work with an awareness of our responsibility to our environment and our society.
The principles below are the shared rules that apply in all our working relationships, from management to our crews on site.
We see our work as a service given to our client and to society, and carry it out with that awareness.
We make no concession on the service standards we have set, in any project, under any circumstances.
We make every decision by asking whether it fits the purpose and mission of our company.
We act honestly and impartially towards all parties and grant no one an unfair privilege.
We act so as to protect the trust we have earned over the years, and we stand behind our word.
We approach our client, our business partner and our colleague with courtesy and respect.
We share the state of the work, good or bad, on time and as it is.
We keep away from situations where personal interest conflicts with the interest of the company or the client.
We never use the opportunities that a duty or a power provides for personal gain.
We use the resources of the client, the company and the subcontractors with care and only for the purpose the work requires.
We do not waste materials, time or labour, and we watch productivity in every project.
In the quote, the contract and the report we write only what is true. Even when it costs us.
We share information, involve the relevant parties in decisions, and run processes transparently.
Our managers are obliged to account for the decisions they take and for their consequences.
What our rules mean is best told by how we behave at three critical moments of the work.
We give a realistic price and a realistic schedule. We hide no item in the quote that would turn into a surprise later.
We use resources with care and make no concession on safety; we apply the same rules to our own crews and to our subcontractors.
We share the state of the work as it is, hand over on the agreed terms, and account for the word we gave.
A call or a form is enough. We will get back to you shortly and set a day for an on-site visit.
