Total quality management
The senior management of Koli İnşaat Ltd. treats compliance with the quality management system, and the continuous improvement of that system, as its own direct responsibility.
Our suitably qualified staff and our modern, advanced equipment secure quality both while the project is being carried out and in the final product handed over.
We do the work we put under contract on the agreed terms. Our goal is the client's full satisfaction at every phase of the contract and economic success in every project.

Our Health and Safety Policy
A safe site is not a preference, it is a condition for starting work
Providing and maintaining occupational health and safety standards for our people, and creating a safe and healthy working environment in every project, is our priority. That is why a Health and Safety Manager is assigned to every project.
The three duties of the Health and Safety Manager
Promotes safe working
Re-establishes the safe working environment on site every day and stops risky behaviour at the work itself.
Draws up the health and safety plan
Prepares the project-specific health and safety plan and keeps it current as the work progresses.
The rules we apply on site
We take every practicable and reasonable measure to prevent or minimise accidents, dangerous situations and any event that could harm the health or safety of our people, and we comply fully with all relevant legal obligations.

To contribute to the solution of ecological problems at global and local scale, we aim to build certified buildings that apply sustainable environmental principles, and to be among the leading companies in this field.
At the design stage as well as the construction stage, we take production that is in harmony with its surroundings, and does no harm to the environment or the ecological balance, as our main principle.
